Our story
We looked closely at London’s cleaning industry and found gaps everywhere. Short-let hosts needed fast turnovers between guests. Businesses needed reliable teams out of hours. Homeowners needed someone they could trust with their keys.
Every sector had different needs, but the real problem was always the same: the people. Cleaners who didn’t turn up, a different face every visit, and standards that slipped because no one was properly trained or valued.
KleanLuxe was created to solve that human problem. We bring together London’s most highly trained cleaning operators in one place, so anyone who needs cleaning done properly can come straight to us. That includes hosts, businesses, homeowners and other cleaning companies.
Great people need great systems behind them. Every booking is scheduled automatically, and the same trained cleaner returns to your property each time. If they’re ever unavailable, our system offers the shift to cleaners in your area who are cleared before being assigned, so the job is always covered.

- Train 1,000 leaders, with a focus on equipping the next generation of the African diaspora to own and run world-class businesses
EliteLuxe, our private home and estate care service, opens soon.
As AI and smart tools change how cleaning is planned, checked and delivered, we’re training our operators to use them, so our people lead that change rather than get left behind by it.
