Everything Agreed Before We Start
Before anyone cleans, you agree exactly what each visit covers. Anything extra is quoted first, and a booked clean keeps the price you booked.

Change Plans Without a Fee
Cancel or move any clean free of charge, as long as it’s at least 48 hours before it starts.

Only Cleared Cleaners Come In
Every cleaner is cleared before being assigned to your property or site. Nobody is sent to you without that clearance.

Proof After Every Clean, and a Free Fix if Not
Every AirLuxe clean ends with a report: the checklist, before-and-after photos and any issue logged with a photo. On every team, if something on the agreed checklist wasn’t done properly, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to put it right, free.
