No. Everyone starts at ground zero and is trained by the team they join.
Which team will I join?
We get to know you during your conversation and trial shift, then train you into the team that fits you best.
When does my pay go up?
After 60 days, from £17 to £20 an hour. The rate is the same in every team.
Is a franchise guaranteed?
No. It’s earned. Core members, usually after around two years, are the first to become eligible.
