What you’ll do
- Care for private homes to an exacting standard.
- Respect each property, household and client’s privacy.
- Follow property-specific routines and presentation details.
- Notice and report anything that needs attention.
What we look for
- Discretion, care and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn the EliteLuxe standard.
- Right to work in the UK and successful vetting.
Training and next steps
We do not expect everyone to arrive with the same experience. You will receive division-specific training. Before assignment, we complete right-to-work, DBS or background and reference checks, plus a trial shift or interview.
A path beyond the first role
Strong performance, growth and the value you bring can lead to core membership, typically after around two years. Core members can become eligible for the KleanLuxe franchise programme; ownership is not guaranteed.
