Cleaning at Every Stage of the Project

Stage 1

Rough Clean (During Works)

Light debris cleared, floors swept, and work areas kept clear so trades can carry on.

Stage 2

Builders’ Clean (End of Works)

Dust and residue removed from surfaces, fittings, frames, sills, floors and cupboards, ready for snagging.

Stage 3

Final Handover Clean

A detailed finish to every room: sanitary fittings, kitchens, glazing reachable from inside, floors and touchpoints, with marks, stickers and paint spots removed.

Available as add-ons: snagging re-attendance, a return visit after final fixes, and a pre-occupation clean for tenants or staff moving in.

What we don’t do: removal of rubble or bulk waste, specialist floor restoration, or external high-level cleaning. Tell us at the survey if your project needs these, and we’ll say so plainly.
